About Pearl Talent

Pearl Talent is a specialist recruitment partner for companies building exceptional teams across design, product, marketing, and technology.

Working with startups, scale-ups, and established businesses, Pearl Talent connects organisations with people who don’t just meet the brief, they elevate the team. From UX/UI designers and product leaders to engineers and digital marketers, the focus is always on talent that makes a genuine impact.

Pearl Talent was founded by Alex Keeley, who has spent over a decade working in digital recruitment. With deep roots in the design and tech community, Alex also founded the Sydney UX/UI Meetup and Tech Talks Australia, bringing together thousands of professionals across the industry. This community-first mindset shapes how Pearl Talent approaches recruitment today.

Built on the belief that recruitment should feel human, thoughtful, and relationship-driven, not transactional. Pearl Talent prioritises long-term connections over quick placements.

The name Pearl carries personal meaning as well. Inspired by a Alex’s sons birthstone, it represents something rare, valuable, and formed over time, much like the strongest careers and the most successful teams.

At its core, Pearl Talent is about helping great companies find exceptional people, and ensuring those people land in environments where they can truly thrive.
